In Daily Challenge, tracks are sets of challenges that last for 28 or 35 days and let you focus on the small actions you care about the most. A full list of tracks can be accessed here.
More recently, Daily Challenge has introduced programs, which are designed to dive deeper into a particular area of focus. The Better Weight program, which lasts 4 months, is a condensed version of the Diabetes Prevention Program, a clinically proven program created by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
With a program, you’ll do each challenge with the same group of people for the entire program, so you can get support and celebrate your successes together!
While Better Weight is the only program available at this time, we're working to add new programs in the future. Stay tuned!
