More recently, Daily Challenge has introduced programs, which are designed to dive deeper into a particular area of focus. The Better Weight program, which lasts 4 months, is a condensed version of the Diabetes Prevention Program, a clinically proven program created by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The Better Sleep program lasts 6 weeks, and is based on a program called CBT-I, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. CBT-I is proven to treat insomnia, by helping you change your sleep habits and reshape the way you think about sleep.
Less Stress utilizes proven mindfulness techniques in evidence-based "mindfulness-based stress reduction" programs.
