Why did I stop getting emails?

If your email provider marks one of your Daily Challenge emails as spam, or the delivery of a message "bounces" (fails), our system will stop sending emails to you. 

What can you do if you stop receiving emails?

The first thing you can do is check your inbox’s SPAM and Trash folders, just in case emails from us have accidentally landed there. Also, add MeYou Health to your Safe Senders or Contacts List by using the “from” email address in the last challenge email we sent you. This may look like a long email addresses, but this is a unique address we use to send challenges to you.

If you find your challenge emails in SPAM or Trash, be sure mark these emails "Not Spam" so you get them in your inbox from now on.

If you don't find our emails in your SPAM or Trash, it could mean that your email address has ended up on our bounce-block list. Two common reasons for not receiving emails are bounce-back errors from your email service provider or your email service provider marking our emails as spam.

Please contact the support team so that they can look into this for you. 

In the meantime, don't panic! You can always complete each day's challenge by logging into directly.
